In a visit on Thursday upon arriving in Marvdasht city in Fars province, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi visited the Azmayesh Home Appliance Factory. The factory was once one of the largest producers of home appliances in the country, which was privatised during the privatisation process, and the factory's mismanagement and lack of adequate government supervision led to its closure.Revival of Marvdasht's Azmayesh Industrial Factory is one of the demands of the people of the region. Marvdasht is located 45 km north of Shiraz.
