Two posts of Caspian Port Complex in Anzali Free Zone started operation in Dr Rouhani's presence on Thursday. The construction phase of Marina pier, as the biggest tourist pier of Caspian Sea, was also started by him.The other project, which will be funded by domestic and foreign private sectors, was Iran's biggest aquarium.
