The cabinet approved on Wednesday devolution of executive organs’ powers to their branches in provinces in an attempt to follow the principles of Resistive Economy. In the joint meeting of cabinet and governor generals that was chaired by Dr Rouhani, the decision is applicable to ministries of Economic Affairs and Finance; Agriculture; Energy; Industry, Mine and Trade; Roads and Urban Development; and the Department of Environment.
