The plan to complete the water supply to Garmsar city with the aim of improving the quality and sustainability of drinking water and the renewable solar power plant in Semnan province was put into operation with the presence of the president.
Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, in continuation of the plans of the second visit of the Popular Administration to Semnan province, put into operation the plan to complete the water supply to Garmsar city.
The implementation of 23 kilometres of steel pipes with a diameter of 800 mm with a capacity of 630 litres per second to supply 20.5 million cubic meters of drinking water and industry in the cities of Garmsar, Aradan and Eyvanaki is one of the features of this project.
Also, the construction of a pumping station to the new city of Eyvanaki with the construction of a 3 km transmission line and the construction of a pumping reservoir, the construction of a 100 cubic meter reservoir in the village of Eej, are among the projects that were put into operation.
Also, with the presence of Dr Raisi, 33 megawatts of electricity from the renewable solar power plant was put into operation, by which the power generation capacity of the power plant in Semnan province increased to 1,100 megawatts.
