The President pointed out that the people of Iran have proved that they stand by the Revolution and the system both in the past 40 years and in recent days, and we have seen the manifestations of authority and honour in these few months, and the people have shown that they will not allow the enemies to hatch conspiracies and plots against the Iranian nation".
During his visit to Baharestan County, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi attended the immense gathering of the people of this county, and said, "Baharestan County hosts a large number of families of martyrs and veterans who are loved by this nation and we are all indebted to them".
The President stated that the huge capital of the people of this region, that is faith in God, love for the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), being revolutionary and standing by the Revolution and values, should be protected and helped to grow, adding, "Those active in the field of cultural affairs should know that this capital is a great one that protects the people against all harms".
Dr Raisi pointed out that Baharestan, with its high population density, is not a burden on Tehran's shoulders, but sometimes it has also shouldered Tehran's burden, and stated, "Here we have men and women who are engaged in production work in various fields, and it is an honour for the region".
Emphasising the need for the government's support and assistance for the development of activities and industries in Baharestan with the aim of expanding and increasing job opportunities, the President stated, "Unfortunately, city services in Baharestan have not been developed to the extent of the population density of this region".
Ayatollah Raisi further considered the population as one of the main supports and components of power and blessing and noted, "We should thank the families who take effort to raise more children. Considering the huge facilities and capacities of the country, the young population is a precious and unparalleled capital for the country".
Referring to the lack of educational centres in Baharestan city, the President said, "In the meeting of the administrative council, it was decided to quickly take the necessary measures to build 10 schools with a capacity of 150 classrooms for the area".
Dr Raisi noted, "In the meeting of the administrative council, it was also decided to build a number of sports halls for sports activities in this city".
The President mentioned the implementation and follow-up of various plans in the fields of agriculture, production, communication ways, beltway and other needs of Baharestan among other decisions taken in the administrative council of the county.
Pointing out that before his visit to the county, the problems of this region were identified and summed up by the officials, the President clarified, "Today, it is an honour for me and my colleagues in the government to serve the people".
Dr Raisi stated that I have advised my colleagues not to give up any efforts to untangle the problems of the people, and pointed out, "All the efforts of our colleagues are to solve the problems of the people, especially in the field of livelihood and economy".
Pointing out that with the efforts of the government, more than 3,000 closed or semi-closed production units have returned to the cycle of activity and production, the President said, "We believe that with the boom in production and with the men and women who work in the field of production, Iran is strong".
Ayatollah Raisi added, "All our efforts are to ensure that Iran does not depend on foreign countries in the field of basic goods and supplies for the people's table".
Emphasising the anti-corruption approach of the Popular Administration, the President said, "The government's plan is to decisively fight against rent-seeking and corruption and cut off the hands of corrupters and rent-seekers from the country's economy".

Ayatollah Raisi thanked all the people, especially the women, who defeated the enemy, and said, "The enemy should know that with all the calculations it is doing, they turned out to be wrong like the previous times. The enemy thought that the Iranian nation is like other nations and that it can incite sedition, whereas the Iranian people are people with insight and they will not allow the Americans and Westerners to hatch plots for the Iranian nation in pursuit of their interests".
