Referring to the referral of the issue from the parliament, the president said, "Because the government has always been trying to interact and talk with other branches to do the affairs of the country, and at the same time due to the special conditions of the country, time and affairs cannot be spent on disagreements and challenges”.

Stating that some measures in reviewing and rejecting the budget bill and referring it to the government were against the usual rules and regulations, Dr Hassan Rouhani said, "At the first opportunity, a new government resolution on the 1400 budget bill will be presented to parliament”.

Dr Rouhani pointed out, "At the same time, the remaining opportunity will be used for constructive talks with members of parliament to prepare an amendment to the budget bill".

Emphasising that the government still believes that the budget bill submitted to the parliament was in line with the country's economic requirements, the President added, "Delays in approval and controversy over an important issue such as the budget bill will undoubtedly have negative effects on the country's economy”.

“The esteemed parliament is expected to consider the government reform away from tension and in peace, and to vote on it in the shortest possible time,” he said.
