In a letter of appointment, and according to Article 87 and 133 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr Rouhani appointed Alireza Razm Hosseini as "Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade".
Dr Hassan Rouhani's letter of appointment reads:

Dear Mr Alireza Razm Hosseini,
According to Article 87 and 133 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and with regard to the vote of confidence of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, you are being appointed as "Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade".
I wish you success in cooperating with the Council of Ministers and carrying out your responsibilities by upholding the principle of rule of law, moderation and the Code of Ethics of the Government of Prudence and Hope, and serving Islam and the noble people of Iran for the realisation of the goals of "Freedom, Security, Peace and Progress".
