The project of linking Line 1 and 2 of Mashhad Metro officially started operation on Monday in Dr Rouhani's presence. In the ceremony that was held on the second day of President Hassan Rouhani's visit to Khorasan Razavi province, he expressed happiness that the people of Mashhad and Imam Reza's (AS) pilgrims can use the metro for transportation.
