President Rouhani appointed Dr Alinaqi Mashayekhi and Mr Jahangard as "Member of the Supreme Administrative Council".
President Rouhani's letter of appointment reads:

Dear Dr Alinaqi Mashayekhi,
Dear Mr Jahangard,
In implementing Paragraph 6 of Article 114 of the Act of Management of National Services, and with regard to your competency and qualifications, you are being appointed as the "Member of the Supreme Administrative Council".
I wish you and other honourable members of the council luck in carrying out your responsibilities, upholding the principles of rule of law, moderation and "Code of Ethics of the Administration of Prudence and Hope".
