President Rouhani officially welcomed the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Wednesday at Sa’dabad Cultural-Historical Complex in Tehran.
In the official ceremony, after the national anthems of both countries being played, the two presidents reviewed the honour guards and introduced their accompanying delegations to each other.
The two Presidents are set to discuss the most important regional and international issues in a private bilateral meeting in a few minutes.
The high-ranking delegations of Iran and Turkey will discuss developing Tehran-Ankara ties in different fields.
