In the review meeting of a number of notices of the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organisation in line with the transformation of the administrative system, the President found these notices useful under the condition of optimal implementation and stated, "It is necessary to reform human resources in the program prepared under the title of "General model of transformation of the administrative system", the issue of reforming human resources also be considered according to its weight and position in the administrative system".
