The President described using the capacity of think tanks to reform the structure of culture and formulate cultural theories as one of the necessities of culture in the country, and by stating that the headquarters work model is a suitable model for the General Culture Council of the country, and emphasised on the division of labour and the popularisation of culture instead of taking charge by the Council of Public Culture.

President ordered at the meeting of the Supreme Council of Housing; Immediate collection of legal fines from violating banks in the field of granting housing loans / Governor of Central Bank should persuade managers of private banks to implement legal systems

Complaining about the non-implementation of the obligations of some banks, especially private banks, the President added, "According to the law, all banks are required to allocate 20% of their granted loans to the housing sector, and the violating banks should be fined 20% of this amount. The Ministry of Economy and the Tax Administration are obliged to collect and report the fines of the offending banks as soon as possible according to the law".
