An extraordinary meeting of the cabinet was held to review the budget bill for the year 1403 of the entire country.

In the meeting to review status of country’s major rail and transit projects; Dr Raisi's emphasis on speeding up implementation of the Tehran-Mashhad, Rasht-Caspian and Bafq-Eqlid rail projects/ Thanking efforts to improve country’s transit, transportation capacities/ The report of the Minister of Roads on the latest status of the most important rail and transit projects in the country

While stating the importance of speeding up the implementation of rail projects in order to actualise the transit capacities and improve the geographical position of our country in the way of regional and international corridors, the President also emphasised the importance of "respecting both speed and quality" in the implementation of these projects.

The 114th session of the Supreme Council of Economic Coordination was held with the presence of the heads of the three branches.

It was raised in the meeting of the cabinet; Dr Raisi's emphasis on full cooperation of institutions with National Organisation for Passive Defence/ Central Bank Governor's report on continued decrease in growth of liquidity and monetary base

The President stated, "Participation in the elections is one of the manifestations of social participation, but it is necessary to pay attention to all aspects and manifestations of this participation in the direction of popularisation of affairs and people's presence and participation in various social affairs".

Dr Raisi raised in the Supreme Council of Environment; Necessity of examining level of realism, enforceability of Clean Air Law / Taking advantage of capacity of knowledge-based companies in preserving environment, paying attention to popularisation in this field

Emphasising on the importance of using the capacity of knowledge-based companies in preserving the environment, as well as paying attention to popularisation in this field and giving the role of various groups of people as the best protectors of the environment, the President emphasised paying special attention to expert opinions in the field of environment in decision-making in this field.
