Emphasising that the government will not have a candidate or an electoral list in the upcoming elections, and will not support any candidate or list, the President clarified, "In this election, we will only play the role of executive and organiser and we will try with the help of observers and executive boards and using past experiences to hold perfect elections".

The President stressed that managers should pay attention to the impact of their decisions and actions on people's lives and clarified, "Ministers and managers of executive bodies of the country should see "people" as the focus of all their decisions and actions and act on this basis".

The President called the main focus in the Economy of Resistance, job creation and economic growth as the important issue of production and described leveraging the banking system in the path of increasing investment and supporting production as another important task of the central bank.

The President described the government's duty and heavy responsibility to demonstrate the effectiveness of religion in various areas of people's lives, and he also called the role of clerics and seminaries very important in ‘Jihad of Enlightenment’ and efforts to create hope in society and strengthen people's faith.
