The President stated that the main audience of the speech of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution is in the realisation of the surge in production is for cabinet members to consider the solutions for the surge in the production as well as attracting the maximum participation of the people through giving the field to the private sector as one of the requirements for the realisation of the slogan of the year and said, “All relevant officials are obliged to plan, compile and present detailed and expert implementation of the slogan of the year in terms of the duties and missions of their organisations”.

It took place in the last cabinet meeting of the year 1402; Report of members of economic team on gov't actions, achievements for one year/ Dr Raisi: Cabinet members should not be satisfied with current achievements, should double their efforts.

The President described the indicators presented in the cabinet members' reports about the decrease in inflation and the growth of the country's production and trade a source of satisfaction and emphasised to the relevant officials that they should not be satisfied with this amount and redouble their efforts to further reduce the inflation rate and continue economic growth.

The President described the complex bureaucracy in the country's institutions as one of the main obstacles for the elites and added, “Helping to remove the obstacles caused by this bureaucracy is one of the duties of the governmental departments and all responsible people and institutions in order to speed up the progress of the country, especially in the scientific field”.

The President described all officials and elements of the system as the addressees of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution's remarks about avoiding enemy-wished quarrels and clarified, "The efforts of officials to implement this guideline and focus on cohesion in the government and parliament and avoiding discord and quarrels are the main secrets of success".

It was approved in the meeting of the Supreme Council of Economic Coordination; Granting permission to Plan and Budget Organisation to provide, manage budget constraints of 4 ministries

The members of the Supreme Council of Economic Coordination authorised the Plan and Budget Organisation through 4 resolutions to provide and manage some budget restrictions in the Ministries of Education, Science, Research and Technology, Health, Medical Education and Energy.
