While appreciating the efforts of the board of trustees of the National Development Fund of Iran (NDFI) in the past two and a half years, the President emphasised the need to pay attention to the preservation of the funds of the National Development Fund as an intergenerational fund and said, “Since the basis and philosophy of the National Development Fund is not for cost but for development in the country, therefore, it is emphasised to pay attention to the development of the country by relying on the funds of this fund in accordance with the policies of the seventh development document”.

At the cabinet session; Dr Raisi's emphasis on reconsidering appointment of commuter, non-native managers / Road Minister's report on breaking country's transit statistics

In response to the report of the Vice-President for Executive Affairs on people's complaints about commuter, non-native managers, the President emphasised the need to reconsider the appointment of non-native and commuter managers and tasked the Vice-President for Executive Affairs to investigate the cases in various institutions and to replace them with local managers.

In the cabinet session; President thanks establishment of payment system to final beneficiary/ Report of Minister of Cooperatives on implementation of new step of subsidy payment scheme based on electronic goods list

The President recognised the creation of the possibility of accurate monitoring from the results of the actions taken in setting up the treasury unit account in the past months, as well as the setting up of the credit payment system to the final beneficiary, and said, “Providing the possibility of credit payment to the final beneficiary was one of the long-standing wishes of the executive bodies, the operationalisation of which prevents the sedimentation of resources in executive bodies”.
