Referring to the good cooperation between Iran and Russia in the fields of energy, agriculture and knowledge-based companies, the President emphasised the good ground to take more effective steps in the development of cooperation in line with the interests of the two countries and the two nations.

Welcomed by Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia; Dr Raisi arrives in Moscow

The President, who is visiting Russia at the invitation of his Russian counterpart, arrived in Moscow and was welcomed by the country's deputy prime minister and deputy foreign minister.

The President listed the discussion about the development of political, economic, commercial, cultural and knowledge-based relations and cooperation between Iran and Russia among the plans and objectives of his trip to Russia and said, “The discussion about the need to immediately stop the attacks on Gaza, lift the blockade and provide aid to the Palestinian people will also be among the issues discussed in this trip”.

The President left Tehran for Moscow at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
