The President described the neighbourhood of Iran and Kazakhstan through the Caspian Sea and membership in the Shanghai Organisation as a suitable platform for the development of relations between the two countries and said, "Increasing the exchange of goods, both by sea and by rail, is in the interest of the two nations and the countries of the region, and steps should be taken to accelerate the realisation of this goal".

The President said, "During the days when Iraq was under the siege of the ISIS terrorist group, the Islamic Republic of Iran did not hesitate to provide any help for defending Iraq and proved that Iran is a friend during the difficult times of Iraq".

The President described the activation of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between the two countries as effective in facilitating and accelerating the exchange of mutual capacities and improving the level of relations and expanding cooperation, and announced the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to transfer its experiences and achievements to friendly countries, especially in Africa.

Referring to the cultural and historical common grounds between Iran and Turkey, the President expressed hope that the level of cooperation will be further improved during the new presidency of Mr Erdogan and regional and international interactions between the two sides is strengthened.

Referring to the evolution of Iran's relations with African countries after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the President said, "Iran, unlike Western countries that only seek to plunder the resources and wealth of African countries, seeks a relationship based on respect and providing mutual benefits".

Emphasised in the meeting of the heads of Iran and Bangladesh; Dr Raisi: Iran ready to exchange its capacities, capabilities with Bangladesh/ Backing oppressed Palestinian nation a human, Islamic duty/ Bangladesh PM stresses readiness to develop cooperation with Iran in various fields

Referring to the actions of the domineering powers to stop Iran through the imposition of cruel sanctions, the President stated, "By turning sanctions and threats into opportunities, the Islamic Republic of Iran has today achieved advanced capacities and capabilities and is ready to exchange them with Bangladesh in the direction of developing relations".
