The President described the unity and cohesion of different nations, religions and dialects around the name of Hussein (PBUH) as a manifestation of Islamic unity and promising for the era of the emergence of Imam Mahdi and the formation of a civilisation based on religion and divine values, and stated, "Arba'een is our root, identity, goal and end, which has an effective role in the formation of civility and Islamic civilisation".

The President stated that yesterday's ignorance has appeared today in a different form, equipped with tools and equipment and a media empire in the form of modern ignorance in human society, and clarified, "Just like yesterday when the pure blood of Hussein bin Ali (AS) was the source of developments and dispelled ignorance from the society, today also the pure blood of our martyrs with the blessed name of Hussein bin Ali (AS) has dispelled modern ignorance and will continue to do so".

During his trip to South Khorasan Province, the President attended the gathering of the mourners of Imam Hussein (AS) on Arba'een day in the city of Birjand.

It took place in South Khorasan with the presence of Dr Raisi; Beginning of infrastructure work of the Nehbandan-Birjand-Qaen-Yunesi railway

Nehbandan-Birjand-Qaen-Yunesi railway infrastructure operations, as part of the north-south corridor that extends from Sarakhs to Chabahar, began with the presence of the President in South Khorasan province.

To meet with the people of South Khorasan; Dr Raisi arrives in Birjand/ Inauguration of construction operation of Nahbandan-Birjand-Qaen-Yunesi railway line

President arrived in South Khorasan province a few minutes ago in order to participate in the procession of Arba'een in Birjand and to meet with the people of Darmian and Ferdows cities.
