The President described the International Islamic Unity Summit as a great, unifying, anti-Zionist, anti-imperialist and anti-dominant summit and said, "We believe today, thanks to the movement of the warriors and the blood of the martyrs, the Islamic Ummah wants to live as Muslim, and in this regard, a historical self-discovery has taken place in the Islamic world".

The President described and clarified the unity of the armed forces of our country with the people as a strategic extension of the Islamic Republic in the region and the world, saying, "Today, in the doctrine of the Islamic Republic of Iran, there is no domination over others, but maintaining military readiness with a defensive approach, is the definite policy for stable security and reassuring accountability".

Stating that the whole world, including the nations of West Asia, have touched the true meaning of Western democracy and know that it is merely a code name for coups, occupation and war, the President said, "The task of the world is clear with the project and school of liberal democracy. Now, the school that wanted to be a model for the world has become a lesson and is nearing the end of its journey".

The President said that removing the obstacles and challenges facing the country's administrative system requires jihadist work with the characteristics of motivation, thought and speed of work and stated, "In a situation where the enemy wants an inefficient administrative system with the aim of creating dissatisfaction among the people, the officials should work with a double spirit and jihadist work and not ordinary work to increase hope in the society by making the country's administrative system more efficient".

Stating that hegemony and injustice have put the world in a precarious situation, the President said, "The world needs convergence to build a just system based on collective interests, and BRICS is considered a symbol of such change and evolution in global relations; especially since the global confidence in the effectiveness of BRICS is increasing".

Dr Raisi in the 1st National Conference of Administration Popularisation: Taking advantage of past experiences, 13th Administration tried to give field to people to manage affairs in practice/ Popularisation appendix should be prepared for all decisions to determine people's role in them

Emphasising the necessity of preparing a popularisation appendix for all decisions in order to determine the role of the people in that action, the President stated, "Popularising works reduces costs, increases social capital and increases social vitality in the society and makes people the basis of transformation in the country".

Emphasising the government's acceptance of fair criticism, the President called the enlightened media the government's eloquent language and stated, "Since the first day of this government's term, I have concluded all the complaints filed by the executive branch and until today, despite all the attacks, we have not complained against any reporter or media".
