Stating that our effort in the government was to ensure that the implementation of the budget law of 1402 can be fully measured and reported, the President clarified, "We have also tried to see the facts about the budget bill of 1403; We tried to present a real budget both in terms of expenses, revenues and programmes".

The President said, "The constitution has met all the needs that are assumed for the modern human and are supposed to be implemented in the Islamic society; All the needs in the fields of social, economic, cultural, political, internal and external relations, institutions and structures necessary for the progress of the country have been observed in this law".

The President said that the Zionist Regime, as a usurping regime, has declared war against the people of occupied lands with the green light and all-out support of America, and has set a record in war crimes. He also described Gaza the symbol of the moral fall of the West, calling the BRICS member states to play a role in ending the crimes of Zionists in favour of the values around which they have united.
