President Hassan Rouhani left Tehran on Monday for Astana, Kazakhstan, for a visit upon an official invitation from his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev. A high-ranking political and economic delegation, including a number of cabinet ministers, are accompanying the president in his visit to Kazakhstan . After this visit, the president is scheduled to travel to Tajikistan to attend the 14th meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organization due to be held in Dushanbe.
