Stating that unfortunately some countries in the region are transiting insecurity and terrorism from the West and the United States to the region, the President said, "I tell the Americans and their allies in the region that the great nation of Iran does not accept any insecurity and crisis in the region and any mistakes committed in this region will receive a decisive and regretful response".
In continuation of his travel plans to Kermanshah province, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi addressed the gathering of the people of the province at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Stadium in Kermanshah, and said, "With its nearly 10,000 martyrs, with its resistance, with standing against Saddam forces, Baathists and Global Disbelief and standing against the Hypocrites, Kermanshah is well-known to everyone".
The President stated that Kermanshah is known for its educated men and women who have made the scientific, cultural, social and various fields of production a manifestation of their presence, adding, "Kermanshah is the cradle of scholars and intellectuals in the fields of science and knowledge and jurisprudence".
Dr Raisi described Kermanshah as one of the honours of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and stated, "Today, I am proud to be among history-making, future-making and resilient men and women".
Continuing his speech, Ayatollah Raisi expressed gratitude for all the efforts that have been made for the development of Kermanshah in the past years and stated, "Despite all these efforts, when we look at the face of the province and the wishes of the people, we see that the situation should have been different".
The President pointed out that at the beginning of the term of the new governor-general of Kermanshah, I advised him that your main mission in this province, with such a history of bravery and standing, is the issue of employment, and noted, "With all these educated young forces who are ready to work, we must not see unemployment in the province".
Emphasising that the main mission of the Popular Administration is the development of the country, the President added, "Unfortunately, we have many shortcomings in infrastructure, however, the government has started its work in energy infrastructure, large water supply projects, power plant construction and the construction of refineries and petroleum refineries".
Ayatollah Raisi also stated that the growth rate of liquidity has reached its lowest level in the last 16 months and stated, "The money creation process of banks has decreased and these are all signs that in addition to correcting some incorrect economic structures, steps are taken to develop infrastructure".
The President described the patience, tolerance and cooperation of the people as very valuable for the government and stated, "You people's cooperation with the government leads to great works that make friends hopeful and enemies disappointed".
Dr Raisi introduced Kermanshah as a crossroad for the transit of goods and energy, and noted, "Kermanshah's proximity to Iraq is a good basis for us to activate the border markets so that the act of porting can be organised here".

Ayatollah Raisi added, "The Americans and their regional allies should know that the Muslim nations of the region hate the humiliating relations of their governments with the Americans, which lead to the looting of their resources".
The President described Iran's military power, capabilities and authority in the region as security-building, and emphasised, "The intervention of outsiders and Americans in the region has no result other than creating crisis and insecurity".
Saying that the Zionist Regime should know that it should not be greedy for anything in this region, Dr Raisi said, "Establishing communication and normalising relations will not create security for the Zionist Regime in any way. All journalists should convey this message to the whole world that today Islamic Iran is stronger than ever and America is weaker than ever".
Referring to the official announcement by the Americans regarding the scandalous failure of the maximum pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran, the President clarified, "You tested us with sanctions and threats, why are you trying to test that road again?".
In another part of his speech, Ayatollah Raisi stated that we consider people's trust as a great capital that creates responsibility for the Popular Administration, and noted, "Both the statesmen and all those who work under the Popular Administration should serve the people everywhere in the country without engaging in unimportant matters".
