The President said that one of the gaps in the country's universities and scientific centres is the lack of skill training for students along with science and said, "What causes students to have problems in implementation despite mastering the formulas is the lack of attention to the issue of skill training in addition to science in universities".

The President stated, "Iranian-Islamic civilisation has valuable cultural, artistic and literary assets, and one of the most effective ways to present them to the world is to depict these assets in the form of cinema, and the Popular Administration is ready to cooperate with people of culture and art in this field".

Referring to the meeting of the International Criminal Court to try the usurper Zionist regime and the attempt of this regime to divert the course of its trial, the President said to the lawyers of the International Criminal Court, "If the result of your action leads to a just verdict, you can be sure that you will be proud and you will be praised by the human society and if God forbid you are influenced by the power of America and Western countries, you will not be able to respond to the public opinion".

Dr Raisi in the 4th Assembly of Administrative-Financial Deputies of Institutions: Managers see Supreme Audit Court's supervision a blessing rather than a hindrance/ Creation of administrative discipline as important as creation of financial discipline/ All those who receive salaries in the name of gov't must be subject to the same rules

Stating that the human resources are God's trust with the managers, the President noted, "The manager must accurately evaluate and identify the capabilities of the human resources and use each resource in accordance with their capabilities and efficiency in the right place; Managers have legal responsibility for the life and time of administrative staff".

Dr Raisi raises in the national conference of Selection Agents; Justice, transformation, efficiency of administrative system can only be achieved by selecting the most qualified persons/ Administrative justice one of key axes in selection

Emphasising the importance of starting the selection from the level of managers and extending it to the administrative, expert and service levels, the President said, "If a level of the levels of administrative organisations is excluded from the selection, the health of the administrative system will be harmed from the excluded level".
