Speaking in the Wednesday morning meeting of the cabinet, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi referred to the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution in the anniversary of Imam Khomeini's demise, in his analysis of the "issue of the Islamic revolution and the needs of the country today", and described "faith and hope" as two important components of power creation and said, "The duty of the governing bodies, including the government, is to give hope to the society with timely and well-considered decisions and measures in the administration of the country's affairs, especially in the field of solving problems in people's lives".

The President called attention of the people and public opinion, especially the young generation, to the turning point and focal point of 15 Khordad (June 5, 1963) as one of the duties of the headquarters of the National Congress for Commemorating 15 Khordad and stated, "Holding a congress for this historical day is important, but the main part of it is to inform people about the incident itself on that date".
