The President emphasised on adopting a revolutionary approach in planning this year's Arba'een ceremony and stated, "The responsible bodies, while examining the previous year's actions pathologically, should plan for the current year in such a way that by reducing the weak points and strengthening the strong points, a "pleasant, cheap and safe" ceremony for the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (AS) is provided".

Referring to the issue of dissatisfaction and overdrafts of some banks as a serious concern and the cause of disruption in the banking system, the President stated, "No delay in determining the task and dealing with the performance of several delinquent banks is accepted, and the Central Bank and the Ministry of Economy are obliged to Plan a specific time to correct this situation and take action".

In the meeting of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace; Task force to checking quality of network services presents report/ Approval of continuation of task force, obtaining additional opinions from experts, along with developing solutions to solve problems

By the order of the President, it was decided that until the next meeting of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace, the network service quality review task force, while obtaining additional opinions from experts to solve technical issues, will continue to review the quality of the network and at the same time design and formulate operational solutions to solve the identified problems, and the implementation of these reforms will also be started by the officials of the relevant institutions.

Dr Raisi in the meeting of the National Population Headquarters: Strengthening encouraging, culture-building approaches for different sections of the society one of the priorities of population youth/ Determining a suitable road map for responsible institutions in the issue of population regulation

The President called programming in the national media on the issue of population youth as one of the most important culture-building actions and added, "In all cultural productions, the implications of the products should be focused on encouraging childbearing in such a way that over time the population issue is considered as a dominant discourse".

Referring to the importance of trying to meet people's demands and solving problems by relying on wisdom, tact, coordination and synergy, the President emphasised the supervision of relevant ministries on the process of the chain of production to consumption and said, "Considering the legal responsibility of unions and trade unions, their capacity to monitor prices should be used to prevent uncontrolled price increases".
