Dr Raisi said, "If the government was not faced with a budget deficit of 480 trillion, a severe shortage of basic goods, disharmony in the gas and electricity sector, and severe backwardness in the country's infrastructure, the effects of the opening would have reached the people's tables much sooner, but the government had to meet these basic needs of the country".
