The President described the holding of various meetings by the statesmen with the country's student community as an effective and valuable opportunity to take advantage of the students' ideas, capacities, abilities and even fair criticism and added, "The highest level of presence of statesmen in universities in the history after the victory of the Islamic Revolution is related to the 13th Administration, which shows the importance of the position of the university and students in this government".

Emphasising the duty of all the institutions responsible for orphans, the President described the holy month of Ramadan the best opportunity to transform the tradition of benevolence, charity and honouring orphans into a general culture in the society and said, "Social responsibility towards orphans is a moral and human duty in the Islamic society that all people should adhere to".

The President described benefactors as a strategic partner for the government and by stating that the government considers itself obliged to support them, he and emphasised on facilitating the path of doing good deeds by all executive bodies.

Dr Raisi described timing, needs analysis, as well as accurate measurement of capacities and facilities as a condition for transformation and a necessity for serving people by the authorities and stated, “This accurate and deep view requires that we pay attention to all conditions and that the work is done in its own time”.
