Dr Raisi felicitates championship of Iran's weightlifting team in world junior competition

Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi in a message while congratulating our country's national weightlifting team in the 2023 Junior World Championships in Mexico, thanked all the coaches and involved in this sport and especially the brave, strong men who by winning valuable colourful medals, displayed the authority and capability of Iran before the eyes of the world and became a source of pride for the Iranian nation.

Following the continuation of the Zionist regime's crimes against the oppressed and defenceless people of Gaza, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran sent a letter to the heads of 50 countries, including Russia, China, Turkey, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Kenya and Jordan, calling for the unison and coordination of free and independent countries in putting pressure on this regime to stop the crimes in Gaza.

Dr Raisi felicitates Oman's National Day

In a message, the President congratulated Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said and the people of Oman on the arrival of the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman and expressed hope that the relations between the two countries would develop more and more in the light of joint efforts.

While expressing his sympathy to the families of the victims of the fire accident at the drug addiction treatment centre in Langeroud, Gilan, the president ordered the interior minister to mobilise all the necessary facilities to help the injured and treat them.
