Referring to the distance of 151 kilometres, numerous stations along the route and the central role of the Hamadan-Sanandaj railway in completing the country's transit infrastructure, the President said, “The government is determined to connect the country's railway infrastructure to international railway lines, and from today, simultaneously with the opening of this railway line, design of the Sanandaj rail line to the Bashmaq border should also be on the agenda of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development”.

Kurdistan province was connected to the country's rail network as the 24th province with the operation of the 151 km long Hamadan-Sanandaj railway project by the President.

As the eighth destination of the second round of provincial trips, the President entered Kurdistan province for a two-day trip in rainy weather.

Dr Raisi at the meeting of Fars Province Planning and Development Council: Local managers should not wait for the capital to solve problems, think of solutions by forming think tanks/ Standing by principles, not depending on the East and West one of the reasons for regional countries' trust in the Islamic Republic

Addressing the managers of the executive bodies of Fars province, the President said, "I expect from you a double effort to implement the resolutions of the second round of the provincial trip to Fars, and I believe that you can change the conditions for the benefit of the people of this province and increase the social capital of the system day by day".
