Referring to the courageous initiatives of the Yemeni warriors to stop the genocide of the Palestinian nation, the President stated, "The standing and resistance of the heroic nation of Yemen alongside the Palestinian nation will definitely be effective in deterring the crimes of the Zionist regime and will set the balance in favour of the oppressed people of Gaza".

In response to the phone call of the Emir of Qatar; Dr Raisi: Blind support of some Western countries to Zionist regime is cause of tension in region/ Smallest action against Iran's interests will be met with a fierce, widespread, painful response against all its perpetrators/ Sheikh Tamim: Iran's act in designing, implementing a response to crime of Zionist regime was commendable, contained a clear message for everyone

Emphasising the need to take deterrent measures against the continuation of the Zionist regime's crimes in Gaza, especially by Islamic countries, the President described the blind support of some Western countries to the Zionist regime as a cause of tension in the region and clarified, "The smallest action against Iran's interests will definitely be met with a fierce, widespread and painful response against all its perpetrators".

While praising the faith and zeal of the young people of the Islamic Ummah in warding off various seditions, including the ISIS, the President emphasised, "The development of Iran-Pakistan relations is not pleasing to the domineering powers, and they are seditiously looking for a rift between the two Muslim nations and countries, but we have to strengthen cooperation in the joint fight against terrorism to prevent the fulfilment of the enemies' wishes, and promote friendship between Tehran and Islamabad”.

Referring to the fact that about 6 months have passed since the joint meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League regarding the events in Gaza, the President expressed disappointment with the effectiveness of all international assemblies and institutions, especially the United Nations and the Security Council, and emphasised the need for effective cooperation and efforts of countries and the Islamic community for stopping the crimes and killings of the Zionist regime in Gaza and Palestine.

The President called the common position against the usurping Zionist regime one of the manifestations of the solidarity of the two nations of Iran and Iraq and expressed hope that with the determination of the high officials of the two countries, relations between Tehran and Baghdad would be strengthened and developed more than in the past.

Referring to the necessity of following up and implementing the agreements made between Iran and Türkiye, the president emphasised the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to strengthen and promote cooperation in the field of energy, and expressed hope that cooperation of the two sides would play a role in securing the interests of the two nations and also increase unity among the Islamic Ummah.
