Senegal’s President Bassirou Diomaye Faye has sent a message to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian officially offering condolences for the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
In his message, President Faye expressed the deep sympathy and solidarity of the government and people of Senegal with the Iranian government and nation.
He affirmed that the Senegalese government strongly condemns this grave incident.
Furthermore, Faye explicitly stated Senegal’s resolute opposition to any act of aggression while reaffirming the nation’s unwavering commitment to the sovereignty of all states.
