President Masoud Pezeshkian has extended his congratulations to the president and people of Serbia on the occasion of the country’s National Day (Statehood Day).
In a message addressed to President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, the Iranian president noted that the Islamic Republic of Iran has consistently viewed its relations with Serbia as being based on mutual respect, shared interests, and constructive cooperation across bilateral, regional, and international arenas.
President Pezeshkian emphasized that there are broad capacities to further deepen relations between the two countries.
The Iranian president also expressed hope that, through shared political will, relations between Tehran and Belgrade will continue to expand, serving the interests of both nations and contributing to enhanced stability, cooperation, and sustainable development at regional and international levels.
