High-ranking officials from Iran and Armenia have signed a joint statement and ten cooperation documents aimed at enhancing collaboration across various sectors, including economic, cultural, and political domains.

The documents were formalized on Tuesday morning during the visit of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to Yerevan, Armenia. In a significant ceremony attended by President Pezeshkian and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, officials from both countries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations.

The ten signed documents encompass a wide range of areas, including politics, social affairs, culture, tourism, industry, education, urban development, arts, and health. 

Furthermore, President Pezeshkian and Prime Minister Pashinyan endorsed a joint statement that outlines the framework for future cooperation between Iran and Armenia. This event represents a pivotal moment in deepening ties and fostering mutual understanding and partnership between the two countries.
