In a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, President Pezeshkian noted that the recent conflict has exposed fundamental security issues, and he called for a thorough assessment to minimize damage to the country.

During the meeting, the cabinet office presented a comprehensive report on the performance of ministries, government agencies, and provincial governor’s offices during the imposed war, detailing the programs and services provided by the executive bodies during that time.

Pezeshkian also urged managers and ministers to report their actions and achievements during the war to the media, particularly state television, reminding them of the importance of clearly explaining the administration's measures during that period.

Highlighting the significant role of the Iranian people during wartime, he stated that their serious and effective participation, along with that of civil society organizations and other private and public sectors, was crucial.
