This marks the launch of Iran’s largest concentrated solar power facility, with an initial capacity of 120 megawatts.

The project spans 1,200 hectares and is planned to reach a total capacity of 600 megawatts, divided into five 120-megawatt zones.

The construction of the first phase achieved several notable milestones: 11 MVTS units were installed, commissioned, and synchronized just 15 days after arriving on-site. Within two months, 60 megawatts of structures and panels were installed by three contractors working simultaneously. Records include 693 piles, 63 tables (3.4 MW), and 3,876 solar panels (2.7 MW) installed—all in a single day.
