President Masoud Pezeshkian has appointed Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Hassan Akhtari as the chairman of the Committee for the Support of the Islamic Revolution of the Palestinian People.
In a decree issued on Wednesday, President Pezeshkian urged Akhtari to work collaboratively with the esteemed members of the committee to adopt effective strategies for advocating the legitimate rights of the courageous and oppressed Palestinian people.
Pezeshkian expressed hope that the newly appointed head of the committee will make every effort to support the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and provide comprehensive assistance to the Islamic resistance.
He emphasized that this should be pursued within the framework of the Constitution, the objectives outlined in the Vision Document, the general policies approved by the Supreme Leader, and the Seventh Development Plan, all while adhering to the ethical charter of the officials of the 14th administration.
