Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian on Saturday inaugurated one of the largest recreational and tourist complexes in southern Iran, located in Sirjan, Kerman Province.
During his visit to the city of Sirjan for the opening ceremonies of four projects, the president officially inaugurated the Gohar Park Tourist Village, which spans approximately 570 hectares.
This project aims to develop tourism infrastructure in southern Iran and the enhance the community's tourism culture.
The tourist village is situated adjacent to Iran's mining and industrial hub and features various facilities, including a water park, a wildlife complex, a horror train, a dry slide, an artificial lake and a waterfall, an indoor amusement park, accommodation units, and various sports fields.
The implementation of this significant project created 750 direct job opportunities and more than 1,000 indirect career opportunities.
