Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Wednesday evening visited monument of Ismail Samani in Tajikistan’s capital Dushanbe.
The president visited the monument located in the Memorial Complex of National Unity of Tajikistan in a show of respect for King Ismail Samani, one of the most renowned emirs of the Persian Samanid dynasty.
Pezeshkian arrived in Dushanbe hours earlier, where he was welcomed by Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon.
