Dr Masoud Pezeshkian appointed Dr Shahram Debiri as Vice President for Parliamentary Affairs due to his qualifications, valuable managerial experience and executive records.
While appointing Dr Shahram Dabiri as Vice President for Parliamentary Affairs, the president specified, "It is hoped that, with the cooperation of the Parliament Affairs Department, the executive bodies and interaction with the honourable representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, relying on God Almighty and within the framework of the vision document, general policies approved by the Supreme Leader and the law of the development plan, you follow the code of ethics of the officials of the 14th government and try diligently to achieve the goals of the government".
Dr Pezeshkian's letter of appointment reads:

Dear Mr Shahram Dabiri
Based on the 124th article of the constitution and according to merit, valuable managerial experience and executive records, I hereby appoint you to the position of Vice President for Parliamentary Affairs.
It is hoped that, with the cooperation of the Parliament Affairs Department, the executive bodies and interaction with the honourable representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, relying on God Almighty and within the framework of the vision document, general policies approved by the Supreme Leader and the law of the development plan, you follow the code of ethics of the officials of the 14th government and try diligently to achieve the goals of the government.
