On the sidelines of his trip to Khuzestan, the Acting President praised the engineers and workers of Ramin Ahvaz power plant for their zealous efforts to prevent power outages in this province.
In this meeting, Dr Mohammad Mokhber attributed the country's industrial development to the efforts of skilled and experienced engineers and experts who, in addition to science, knowledge and skill, follow ethics, sacrifice and dedication to serve the people.
He added, "Spreading the spirit of jihad and self-sacrifice is the key to the success of the country, and what we witnessed in the management of the Ramin Ahvaz power plant accident was only an example of a zealous effort to prevent the risk of massive power outages in hot summer days and to protect people's lives and property".
The Acting President considered electricity production as the driving force of the country and added, "Although many efforts have been made in the 13th government for the development of thermal, combined cycle, renewable and nuclear power plants, the complete resolution of past conflicts requires the continuation of these efforts and more investment in various fields of production".
