Emphasising that today our war with the Arrogant is a war of wills and narratives, the President said, "The Iranian nation has won the war of wills over the Arrogant, and today it is the duty of those who think, speak and express is to narrate this victory, and we must use all the opportunities and capacities should be used to narrate progress, epics, patience, faith and loyalty of the Iranian nation".
Speaking this morning at the National Conference of the Narrative of Progress, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi stated, "The subject of the narrative of progress is very important and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution also emphasises to all of us that the progress should be expressed and seen and properly introduced to the new generation so that the whole world can see that in the light of the Islamic Revolution, we were able to take great strides in the path of progress".
Stating that the explanation of the progress revives and promotes hope in the hearts, the President added, "The narrative of progress has defeated the enemy's attempt to induce despair and shows that they cannot carry on their work with despair and hopelessness".
Pointing out that Imam Khomeini (RA) sought to create an independent, free country and military, with a religious system based on the brilliant civilisation and Iranian-Islamic civility, the President said, "Imam Khomeini put the principle of the system and the constitution to the people's vote, who decisively voted in favour of it".
Dr Raisi stated that in the first decade, which was the decade of the establishment of the Islamic Republic, the enemy tried to prevent the establishment of this system and its structures, and in the second decade, they tried to prevent the stabilisation of the system by imposing war and launching the sedition of the hypocrites, saying, "Despite the enemy's efforts to prove its claim that the religious system is inefficient for the management of contemporary human life, the stages of establishing and consolidating the Islamic Republic were completed and the Islamic system entered the third decade of its life, which is the decade of development and sending the message of its revolution to the region and the world".
Dr Raisi considered the awakening that happened in the region thanks to the Islamic Revolution of the Iranian people as the reason for changing the conditions in the field of resistance and standing against the fake Zionist regime and added, "Until then, compromise groups sought to achieve their rights behind the negotiation tables with the Camp David agreement, Sharm el-Sheikh and Oslo, but everyone saw that the other party did not adhere to their agreement in any way".
Referring to the evolution of the resistance of the Palestinian people against the Zionists, from the stone revolution to the resistance with rockets, the President stated, "All this development came about with the blessing of the Islamic Revolution, and this was the flag that Imam Khomeini and the Islamic Revolution of Iran raised".
In the continuation of the statement, the President called the second step of the revolution a wise step in compiling a precise and correct document of the country's progress, the realities of the revolution, and a solution to the country's problems and clarified, "This precise document will be very helpful for all those who are active in the field of narration".
Referring to the massive effort of the Zionist regime and its Western supporters to distort the current events in Gaza, the President said, "They tried very hard to insinuate that October 7 and Operation Al-Aqsa Flood are the main cause of the current events in Gaza, while its main roots are in the 75 years of the Zionist occupation".
Dr Raisi added, "The enemies thought they could stop us with sanctions, while today we have achieved significant progress in various industrial, defence and military sectors, agriculture, science and technology, and we have thwarted all their efforts to stop the Iranian nation".
