Referring to the report of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development regarding the delivery of 6,000 residential units to applicants in the past and the delivery of 14,000 residential units during the second visit of the Popular Administration to Hormozgan, as well as the delivery of 11,000 plots of land to applicants, the President said, “People's need for housing in cities and villages will continue strongly”.
On Thursday evening, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, in the celebration of handing over 14,000 residential units and 11,000 plots of land in Hormozgan province, stated that this meeting is a magnificent and pleasant meeting thanks to the presence of all family members, especially children, and stated, “The government considers itself obliged to meet this need of families with the facilities and capacities available in the country”.

Dr Raisi also referred to the plan to build two coastal towns in the Persian Gulf and Makoran in Hormozgan province and their impact on the development of the province and stated, “Fortunately, in Hormozgan, with a great success in the implementation of the resolutions of the government's first visit to the province in the fields of health, housing, industry, energy and transportation, which have been achieved with the jihadi efforts of the provincial officials, and only a small part of these resolutions remain, which is being implemented”.
The President stated that the government considers the satisfaction of the Almighty God as the satisfaction of the dear people, and said, “When facilities are provided to the people in various fields, they will also increase their activities. This issue promotes social vitality, which is very important, and also increases participation and social capital”.
Referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution about the importance of the presence of the people in various fields and affairs, Dr Raisi noted, “One of the measures that can be very effective in the development of Hormozgan province is the completion of the connection project between Bandar Abbas and Qeshm”.
The President continued, “Some work has already been done in this field, and today some may say that if this work could be done, it would have been done before, but I must say that our logic is that we can, and we believe that great things can be done with the existing capacities in the country”.
The President stated that Imam Khomeini taught us that the condition for success and the progress of things is trust in God and self-confidence, adding, “The province has many capacities that can be activated with the presence of capable and young forces”.
Dr Raisi stated, “Those who are waiting for outsiders to come and solve the problems, should know that the outsiders did not solve the problem anywhere. Experience has shown that knots should be untied by the capable hands of the nation and the youth of the country”.
The President stated, “By relying on the capacities of the country and the province and with the efforts of you people, dear young people and hardworking managers, the housing problem has been solved to some extent and the rest of the problems will also be solved by relying on these capacities and domestic power”.
