While announcing the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to cooperate with Thailand in the field of exchanging capabilities in various fields, the President said, "What was displayed today in the Iranian science and technology parks and knowledge-based complexes shows the fact that young Iranian scientists created brilliant opportunities for progress from the sanctions".
In the ceremony of receiving credentials of the new Thai Ambassador on Tuesday morning, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi described the relations between the two countries as friendly and emphasised the efforts to improve the level of relations between the two countries.
In response to the request of the new ambassador of Thailand to benefit from the advancements and capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fields of science and technology, the President said, "What was displayed today in the Iranian science and technology parks and knowledge-based complexes shows the fact that young Iranian scientists created brilliant opportunities for progress from the sanctions".
In this ceremony, the new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, also announced the focus of his country's foreign policy on the development of relations in order to provide mutual benefits and said, "As the ambassador of Thailand, I will use all my efforts to promote the friendly relations between the two countries to higher levels".
The Ambassador of Thailand stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran has made significant progress and achievements in the scientific and knowledge-based fields, especially in the field of medicine and medical equipment production, and expressed hope that the Islamic Republic of Iran would be interested in exchanging its capabilities in the scientific and economic fields with Thailand.
