The President stressed, “Today, all Islamic and Arab countries and all the free people of the world must reach a serious convergence and cooperation in the path of stopping the crimes of the Zionist Regime against the oppressed Palestinian nation, and on this basis, the Islamic Republic of Iran will try to contact the leaders of the Islamic countries to establish this coordination as soon as possible”.
On Wednesday evening, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi had a telephone conversation with Mr Bashar Al-Assad, the President of Syria, during which he stated that the Zionist Regime suffered a strike during the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, which was unprecedented in its 75-year history, and said, “In the past days, the extremist cabinet of this regime has broken all boundaries of insolence and shamelessness and committed great crimes”.
The President described the anger of the oppressed Palestinian nation as the result of the repeated attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the daily killing and arrest of Palestinian men and women, old and young by the Zionists, and the result of the extremist positions of the right-wing cabinet of this regime, and added, “Today, the Zionists, contrary to all international treaties, have completely surrounded Gaza and withheld water, electricity, medicine and fuel from the oppressed people of this region, and the self-proclaimed human rights advocates are also trying to change the position of the oppressor and the oppressed with double standards, which makes the Zionist Regime bolder to continue the genocide of Palestinians”.

The President also described one of the blessings of the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood as a proof that no new order in the region will be achieved without taking into account the rights of the Palestinians and stated, “Today, all those who, under the pretext of defending the rights of the Palestinians, openly declare their relations with the Zionist Regime were scandalised and it has been proven to the whole world that the Zionist Regime is in its weakest state”.
In this telephone conversation, Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad stated that the great victories of the Resistance Movement against the Zionists showed that this regime is much weaker than it claims, and stated, “Today, the most obvious issue before us is that all Arab and Islamic countries should agree on a single and clear position to support the rights of the Palestinian nation and the oppressed people of Gaza”.
The Syrian President pointed out, “We must use all our efforts to speed up the creation of this consensus and a single position in support of the oppressed people of Palestine, because every hour of delay in this issue will cause the Zionist Regime to commit more crimes against the oppressed people of Gaza and the Palestinians”.
