Speaking before noon on Tuesday in the passionate gathering of the people of Bahmai city that was held in Imam Reza (AS) Mosque of this city in continuation of the plans of the second day of the provincial trip of the Popular Administration to Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi described courage, standing against the enemy and defending the country and the values of the revolution among the characteristics of the Bahami people and added, "Today, it is the turn of the officials to serve these dear people, and compensation for this bravery should be among the priorities of all managers".
The President continued by raising the question whether the deprivation of the province is due to the lack of capacity for development?, and clarified, "The answer is that there are many capacities in this province and especially in Bahmai city, which should be activated and used to meet the needs of the people".

The President referred to the tourist attractions of the city and added, "The activation of these great capacities requires the creation of infrastructure such as hospitals and transportation roads, which with the opening of Shahid Soleimani Hospital in this city, as well as the Pataveh-Dehdasht road, part of the infrastructure problems in this region will be solved".
Dr Raisi stated that God Almighty will hold all officials accountable about the great blessings he has bestowed on this region, and stated, "This administration's main goal is not to ignore the issues and challenges, but we will go into the heart of the challenges and find solutions to solve them".
The President further referred to the water problem in Bahmai city and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province and said, "The problem in these areas is not water scarcity, but the management of water resources for domestic, agricultural and industrial use".
Dr Raisi added, "Good funds have been considered for water transfer and water supply to different parts of this province, and if it is combined with a jihadist work, the people of this city will definitely witness the solution to the water problem".
The President once again emphasised the need to localise the executive bodies in the province as one of the important priorities of the government and said, "When there is efficient manpower in the province, it is irrational to bring labour from other cities".
While thanking and appreciating the enthusiastic presence of the people in welcoming the Popular Administration and apologising to the people who gathered outside the mosque in the excruciating heat, Dr Raisi expressed hope that this magnificent presence will provide additional motivation for the managers to serve these people.
The President further mentioned the lack of benefit of the people due to the existence of numerous dams in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province as one of the problems and demands of the people of this region and added, "Another important priority of the government in this province is to find a solution for the people of the province to benefit more and better from the water resources of this province".
Stating that according to statistics, unemployment has decreased in Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province, but this has not happened in Bahmai city due to the lack of factories and agriculture, and said, "The authorities should urgently pursue the issue of job creation in Bahmai city to resolve the concerns of families and youth in this regard".
Addressing the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and the Department of Environment, Dr Raisi emphasised that in order to carry out their missions in the direction of protecting the cultural heritage and environmental fields.
Dr Raisi urged the officials to give priority to those problems and issues of the region that can be solved faster, and to consider issues such as the construction of a refinery and petro-refinery, which will take time, in their next priorities, and he clarified, "People should know that solving your issues and problems is always our concern and the provincial officials and we will never neglect them".
