The President stated the need for the progress of the country, especially Kerman province, in the various sectors of agriculture, industry, tourism and transit, to complete and develop the infrastructure and said, "The many preoccupations have not caused the government to neglect these vital issues and one of the important axes of the government's actions is the completion and development of infrastructure in the province".
Speaking on Friday morning during the inauguration ceremony the water, electricity and sewage projects of Kerman province, while congratulating on the holidays of Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Ghadeer, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi described added, "Today managers and officials are expected to achieve growth and excellence by serving and paying attention to the problems of the people who have passed their exams well at different times in the glorious history of the Islamic Revolution".
The President further considered the necessity of compensating the delays in the country's construction and infrastructure plans and projects as the jihadist spirit of managers and officials and said, "We have problems in the water, electricity and sewage sector that should have been solved in the past years and were neglected for some reasons, but this government, while honouring all the measures taken, is determined to make up for these delays".
Dr Raisi stated that the completion of half-finished projects is one of the important agendas of the Popular Administration with the jihadist spirit of the managers, and added, "The result of such an approach is the inauguration of various water, electricity and sewage projects in various places in Kerman province".
The President said that the target of removing water tension in 10,000 villages by the hard-working and jihadist Minister of Energy as one of the important and significant measures of the government in solving the problems of the people and said, "Today, we announce that as a result of such an approach, the problem of water tension in more than 3,000 villages in the country has been resolved".
Ayatollah Raisi stated that today the main approach of generating power in the country is to solve people's problems and added, "We believe that the pure soul of Imam Khomeini (RA), Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani and all the precious martyrs of the country are watching over us and their satisfaction is dependent on our jihadist work".

Dr Raisi considered the completion and inauguration of the water supply project to Bam and Baravat cities and the benefit of the people of this region from fresh water as one of the important and valuable actions of the government in completing the infrastructure of the province and appreciated the Ministry of Energy, contractors, people at work and provincial managers to complete this important plan".
The President considered the use of domestic construction equipment and benefiting from the expertise of Iranian engineers to be one of the important features of this project and said, "The project that is being put into operation today is a part of the big project of supplying water to different parts of Kerman province, another part of which will be put into operation every month".
Ayatollah Raisi continued to consider the role of large economic and investment companies in the province in completing infrastructure projects and fulfilling social responsibility in solving the problems of the city and the countryside as very important and admirable and said, "This convergence, companionship and harmony to solve the infrastructure problems of the province should strongly continue".
The President stated that Kerman province is a paradise of mines, but there is no processing and productivity with the amount of mines in the province, and emphasised the need to pay attention to this issue and prevent crude sales.
Dr Raisi added, "According to the reports provided by the Ministry of Energy, during this period, with a jihadist spirit, the work of several years has been completed and all managers and officials should continue this process vigorously".
Ayatollah Raisi continued by reminding martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani's tireless and jihadist character and spirit in the face of problems and called on all managers and people involved in serving the people of Kerman province to work tirelessly.
The President added, "Be sure that if the problem of the province's infrastructure is resolved, prosperity and development will be realised in all the different sectors of agriculture, tourism and transit".
In the end, Dr Raisi also appreciated and thanked the participation of Basij forces and jihadist groups in completing these projects and the jihad of providing water to the people of the villages.
