Pointing out that the signs prove that today, the Resistance Movement is stronger than ever and the enemies of this front are in weaker position than ever before, the President stated, "The victories of the Resistance Front have revealed and proved the image that the Zionists were trying to show of their alleged deterrent power is not real".
Speaking on Tuesday in a meeting with Chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi congratulated the recent successes of the Palestinian Resistance Front and emphasised that these victories showed that today, the initiative is in the hands of this front, and said, "The signs prove that today, the Resistance Movement is stronger than ever and the enemies of this front are in weaker position than ever before".
He added, "The victories of the Resistance Front have revealed and proved the image that the Zionists were trying to show of their alleged deterrent power is not real".
The President stated, "Today, the Resistance Front, not only in the occupied territories, but also in the region and even in the international stage, is changing the balanced of power and conditions in its favour and to the detriment of the current of domination".
Dr Raisi also stated that today's political views, both from inside Palestine and from outside, have reached a coherence and unity regarding the confrontations in this land, and stated, "Today, even those who once sought to negotiate and reach an agreement with the Zionist Regime and its supporters have deeply analyzed and concluded that it is useless to negotiate with this regime and the only possible way to face it is resistance".
Pointing out that today, no one has the slightest trust in the Zionist Regime and its supporters, and this is another great achievement for the Resistance Front, the President stated, "The Islamic Republic of Iran and the Palestinian Resistance Front always believed that the Zionists and their supporters would never adhere to their commitments, but today, this has become clear to the whole world".
Dr Raisi considered the most important issue of the World of Islam as the liberation of Quds and any attempt to normalize relations with the Zionist Regime is betrayal to the Palestinian cause and backstabbing the Resistance Movement, and said, "The supporters of the Zionist Regime who seek to normalize relations of some Islamic countries with the Zionist Regime should know that this will not create security for the regime and these countries should also know that this will only generate hatred for them from their own people and Muslim nations".
In this meeting, Chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh expressed gratitude for the continuous support of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the liberation of Quds on behalf of himself and the Palestinian people, and stated, "Today, the Resistance Front, not only in Gaza, but also in the West Bank, the occupied territories of 1984 and even among Palestinians and supporters of Palestine outside this land is expanding and strengthening".
Emphasising that today, we have reached advanced levels of strength and power of resistance, he stated, "One of the great and important achievements of the Resistance Front in Palestine is the achievement of very high cohesion, integration and coordination among all jihadist groups, an example of which was witnessed in the5-day battle between Palestinian groups and the Zionist Regime, which we directed from a very precise joint operations group".
He stated that today, Palestine has become part of the integrated and continuous flow of resistance in the region and noted, "All the resistance capacities of the Palestinian jihadist groups and even other parts of the resistance movement in the recent battle were at the disposal of the groups present in the front line of confronting the Zionists".
