Referring to the war of wills between the domination system and the nations, Ayatollah Raisi pointed out, "The domination seekers want to impose their will on the nations with self-interest and selfishness, and therefore one should ask why the false claimants of human rights, freedom and democracy like America and some western countries don't tolerate the vote of real nations, including in Palestine, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Latin America?"

In another part of his speech, the President considered the constant communication of independent countries with each other as a factor for immunity against the domination system and said, "The current world order is changing and the indicators show that the power of the dictators and America is declining and the will of the nations in Latin America and West Asia is rising".
Stating that the media empire of the domination system seeks to change the perceptions of the nations, the President emphasised the need to raise awareness in order to fight against the enemy's propaganda and said, "Imperialism seeks to influence the influential groups of the nations and the duty of the elites of free societies is to prevent these influences".

Ayatollah Raisi emphasised that the enemy never imagined that the Iranian nation would achieve such progress despite the sanctions and extensive pressure, and clarified, "Last year's riots in Iran were a conspiracy of the domination seekers to stop the progress of the Iranian nation, but the enemies made a miscalculation because, contrary to their belief, the sapling of Iran's Islamic Revolution has become such a strong tree that it will never be harmed by these impulses".
Emphasising the policy of developing relations with independent countries, Dr Raisi said, "There are many capacities for developing relations between Latin American countries, especially Nicaragua and Iran, and the Islamic Republic of Iran is fully prepared to share its experiences and capacities with Nicaragua".
