Speaking on Friday morning in the inauguration ceremony of water and electricity projects in Miyaneh during his visit to East Azerbaijan province, the President said, "Inaugurating water treatment and water transfer projects ends 20-year issues of drinking water of people of Miyaneh". He also said that the construction of the Miyaneh Water Treatment by Iranian engineers is one of the lasting work in East Azerbaijan province, adding, "With the hard work of statesmen, contractors and dear workers in the past one and a half year, the work for completing water treatment and water transfer projects is equal to 20 years". Dr Raisi said that the launch of the electricity dispatching centre in the northeastern part of the country is another important work of the government in managing energy consumption and said that the role of this centre in exchanging electricity with neighbouring countries is very important".
